These conditions define the terms of use of the Vision Flow service, operated by OPIM AB, a company based in Sweden.
The service is accessible via a user account with email connection. It is intended for demonstration, education, creation and visual exploration.
Payments are processed via Stripe. You will receive an invoice after each transaction.
In accordance with the European Consumer Directive, professionals do not automatically benefit from the right of withdrawal. No refund will be made after activation of a purchase, except in the event of a contractual exception or obvious error. Contact us for any questions or refund requests.
Vision Flow is a non-medical tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, or rehabilitate any disease, symptom, or medical condition, or for use in patient management or clinical decision-making.
The visual stimuli offered by the service may cause discomfort, visual fatigue, nausea, dizziness, headaches or photosensitive reactions in certain people. The user should discontinue use if they experience discomfort and not use the service in a situation where disorientation could be dangerous. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, OPIM AB can only be held responsible for damages directly attributable to a proven failure to provide the service.

These conditions are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at mediation will be offered before any legal action.
